Endless Hiker
White Chocolate Peppermint Popcorn

I haven't been doing many Christmas-themed popcorns, so I'm going to try to get into that again. This is definitely one of the sweetest popcorns I've ever made, so try to eat it moderation (trust me, it's hard). Let's get started:
What You'll Need:
An air popper
A large baking sheet
A bowl
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
1 8 oz. package of Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers
1/3 cup crushed candy canes (I crushed mine with a rolling pin inside a plastic bag)
Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Step 1: Pop your popcorn and put in in the bowl.
Step 2: Put the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and put it in the microwave for 30 second segments until melted. Stir with a spoon until it's smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Pour the white chocolate over the popcorn and stir the popcorn until it's evenly coated with the white chocolate.
Step 4: Put the popcorn on the baking sheet and sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the popcorn.
Step 5: Put in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6: Take out and enjoy!
