Pomegranate Snow-Cone

Updated: Jun 3, 2021

The Pomegranate Cone is a kitchen experiment of mine that turned out really well. It reminds me of a Shirley Temple because pomegranates are what they use to make grenadine. I also like this recipe because it's so easy to make! Anyway, let's get started:

What You'll Need:

A pot

A wooden spoon

A container

Ingredients:

2 cups Pom pomegranate juice

1 cup sugar

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Step 1: Pour the sugar and pomegranate juice into your pot and turn your burner to medium. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Step 2: When it starts to boil, put a lid on the pot and turn your burner to low. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3: When the 15 minutes are up, turn your burner off and let the mixture sit to cool and infuse for 1-2 hours.

Step 4: Blend with ice and serve.

Step 5: Enjoy!
