Maple-Rosemary Kettle Corn


Maple-Rosemary kettle corn is a tasty gourmet kettle corn. It is fairly easy to make, and it has an amazing flavor! Now, you might find easier recipes, but I've tried a few and none of them have worked. This is a recipe that works for me, so I hope it works for you, too. Let's get started:




What You'll Need:


An air popper or a pot with a lid


2 bowls


A lined cookie sheet



Ingredients:


1/2 cup popcorn


1/3 cup canola oil (if you're using a stovetop)


1/4 cup maple syrup


1 tbs. finely chopped rosemary



Instructions:


Step 1: Pop the popcorn and put it in a bowl.


Step 2: Drizzle the maple syrup and toss on the popcorn.


Step 3: Spread the popcorn on the lined cookie sheet and sprinkle the chopped rosemary on.


Step 4: Bake on convection bake at 325° for 15 minutes.


Step 5: Once the 15 minutes are up, take the popcorn out of the oven and put it in a new bowl.


Step 6: Enjoy!
