Maple Pecan Caramel Corn

Maple Pecan Caramel Corn is one of the best caramel corns out there. It has the wonderful flavor of maple and the satisfying crunch of the pecan. I highly recommend this popcorn to be put out on Christmas Day, maybe even along with a snow-cone! Let's get started:
What You'll Need:
An air popper
A medium saucepan
A large bowl
2 lined baking sheets
Ingredients:
1 cup unpopped popcorn
1-1/3 cups sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. mapleine (you can get it here)
1 cup split pecans
t tsp. salt
Instructions:
Step 1: Pop your popcorn and put it in the bowl.
Step 2: Put the medium saucepan on medium heat and melt the butter.
Step 3: Once the butter is melted, put the mapleine, corn syrup, sugar, and salt in the pot. Stir until combined.
Step 4: Stir frequently until the mixture starts to boil. Stop stirring for 5 minutes.
Step 5: When the 5 minutes are up, take the mixture off the heat and pur over the popcorn with the pecans.
Step 6: Stir the popcorn until it's evenly coated. Spread out on the 2 lined pans. Bake at 250° for 25 minutes.
Step 7: Let sit to cool, then enjoy!
