Endless Hiker
Garlic Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

I originally was going to do this very differently, but then I decided that I wanted to make the recipe easier. This is one of the few popcorns that I make without nutritional yeast. The only reason I do this is because I think of nutritional yeast like a cheese substitute, so if you put parmesan on your popcorn, the nutritional yeast doesn't quite fit in with the medley of flavors. Well, without further ado, let's get started:
What You'll Need:
A way of popping popcorn (air popper, stovetop, microwave)
A bowl
A tea steeper
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
1 tbsp. butter in a 1/3 cup
A little bowl (for the butter, olive oil, and rosemary mixture)
Needles from 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary in a 1/4 cup of olive oil
Garlic salt, to taste
2 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan
Instructions:
Step 1: Infuse the rosemary and olive oil overnight.
Step 2: Pop your popcorn and put it in the bowl.
Step 3: Put the rosemary and olive oil into the measuring cup with the butter and microwave for 18-22 seconds.
Step 4: Pour the mixture through the tea steeper into the little bowl.
Step 5: Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn with a teaspoon, while stirring.
Step 6: Season with the garlic salt and grated parmesan.
Step 7: Enjoy!
