Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn

If you're a big fan of Reese's peanut butter cups, or just chocolate and peanut butter, then you're gonna be a big fan of this popcorn. The creamy, sweet peanut butter mix covering the popcorn and the chocolate drizzled over it all, makes for a truly tasty gourmet treat. Let's get started:

What You'll Need:

A medium sized pot

A wooden spoon

A lined cookie sheet

A microwavable bowl

A large bowl

A spoon

Ingredients:

1/2 cup popcorn

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla extract

3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Step 1: Pop your popcorn and put in a bowl.

Step 2: In your pot, pour the sugar and corn syrup in and turn your burner on medium heat.

Step 3: Stir the mixture until it is completely combined, then let boil for 2 minutes.

Step 4: Once the 2 minutes are up, take the pot off the burner and stir the peanut butter and vanilla syrup in.

Step 5: When the mixture looks like creamy peanut butter, it's completely mixed. Take the mixture and pour it on the popcorn, the stir until it's coated all the popcorn.

Step 6: Spread the popcorn on your baking sheet and bake it for 30 minutes on 350°.

Step 7: When the popcorn is almost done baking, take the chocolate and microwave it in a bowl, taking it out every 20 seconds and stirring it until it's melted.

Step 8: When the popcorn is done, drizzle the chocolate on the popcorn.

Step 9: Enjoy!
