Blueberry Vanilla Snow-Cone

The Blueberry Vanilla Snow-Cone has superior flavor. Sun-ripened blueberries bring a refreshing taste, and the vanilla offers a sweet, floral taste with an aroma that will fill the room with a sweet, refreshing scent. Is your mouth watering yet? It is? Good. Let's get started:
What You'll Need:
A pot
A wooden spoon
A colander
A container
A lid for the pot
Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Step 1: Put the water and sugar in the pot. Turn your burner to medium-high heat. Stir the water and sugar mixture until completely dissolved.
Step 2: Put the blueberries in the pot. Wait for them to warm up, then mash them with the wooden spoon.
Step 3: Bring the mixture to a boil. Put the lid on the pot and turn your burner to low heat. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Once the 15 minutes is up, turn your burner off and put the vanilla extract in the syrup. Allow the syrup to cool for 1-2 hours.
Step 5: When the syrup has cooled down and infused, pour it into your desired container through the colander.
Two ways to make your snow-cone:
Blend the ice and syrup together (use a 5:1 ratio).
Buy an ice shaver on Amazon. I recommend this one. Use 3 tbsp. syrup for 1 cup of ice.
Step 6: Enjoy!
