Bavarian Popcorn (The Mr. Dechicchis)
I conceived this popcorn by going through my spice drawer. This was pure kitchen magic and nothing else. I have many people I've made this popcorn for, but there was one who really enjoyed it. His name was Mr. Dechicchis. I usually call it the Mr. Dechicchis, but I'm going to call it Bavarian Popcorn because you may not know who he is. Let's get started:
What You'll Need:
A way of popping your popcorn (air popper, stovetop, microwave, etc.)
1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
1 tbs. butter and olive oil in a 1/3 cup
Bavarian Seasoning, to taste (you can get it here)
Salt, to taste
2 -3 tbs. Nutritional Yeast
Step 1: Pop your popcorn and put it in the bowl.
Step 2: Put the butter and olive oil in the microwave for 18-22 seconds and drizzle on the popcorn, while stirring the popcorn.
Step 3: Season the popcorn with bavarian seasoning, salt, and nutritional yeast.
Step 4: Enjoy!
